My involvement in leadership with Valley of the Sun YPN leadership has brought a renowned passion and enthusiasm for my career as Realtor. Believe me, as a brokerage owner, wife and mother of two wonderful boys, and being involved in several other organizations and committees, life can get hectic! But, the relationships I've developed and the confidence I have gained as a result of being involved in a leadership position with YPN are well worth my time and KEY in my growth as business professional. Because of YPN, I became a more balanced person and now feel empowered and believe that my involvement can, and is, making a difference.

I got involved with YPN because I saw the need for the younger generation to get involved. I've spent the last 35 years in the real estate industry and I remember being young and new and wanting a "mentor" or others that I could relate to and help me grow. That's why I helped kick off YPN locally as an Advisory Board member just two short years ago. It is rewarding to help others and be a part of their growth. I have developed new relationships and am excited about the growth of our organization and look forward to many years of future growth and new relationships as well.
